100 YEARS - A LOOK BACK AT THE RED CROSS ROLE IN KEY MASSACHUSETTS EVENTS
The Red Cross has a long history of responding to disasters and providing valuable safety training and information to the public. This year, the Massachusetts Bay Red Cross recognizes 100 years of service to our region. Formed in Boston in 1905, the local Red Cross has been here for Massachusetts residents when they needed help most - from fires, floods, blizzards and other disasters to vital training to keep people safe. We thank the many volunteers, donors and staff who made this possible for the past century.
